Good afternoon,

On Wednesday October 14, 2009 I was scheduled for a test drive of a Volvo C30.  I had been emailing Steve Ka back and forth regarding color, model, features, etc. and I wanted to test drive the vehicle before proceeding.  The salesman that greeted me, Steve Ka, knew my name and was expecting me.  I let him know right off the bat that I was browsing and at no time did I feel pressured in the least. 

We test drove the car, we talked about options, and despite my hesitation of making a decision that day, I initiated the sale.  I got a fair price for my trade-in and the numbers worked out for me with the payments.  There was no haggling, no "good guy"/ "bad guy" posturing and none of the drama that I've usually associated with car salespeople in the past.  It was refreshing that Steve was able to talk about the price and there was no walking back and forth from the manager to him, etc.  I then met Zee and I let him know how comfortable I was with my decision and that a lot had to do with your associates at Gallo. 

I'd really like to thank Fred for getting me into your dealership, Steve for his honesty and integrity, Zee for compiling such a great staff, and Paul for his financial expertise and patience.  They say that cars are the second biggest purchase a person will make in their lifetime and I've had zero buyer’s remorse.

Thank you all for your spectacular service and I will recommend Gallo whenever possible.

I appreciated the honesty and transparency of Haig.  He made the experience pleasant for my wife and I.  I cannot say this was the case with *censored* Volvo in *censored*, MA, who gave me the run around, lied to me, and obviously did not want my business, even after 3 visits to their dealership and putting down a deposit, which was ultimately refunded.  Explore them - *censored* was the sales person.  A true BS'er and gives auto dealers a bad name.  I would never recommend them.
