I am Paul Naylor, Fixed Operations Manager at Gallo Motor Center Corporation. My responsibilities include running the Service and Parts Departments of Gallo Volvo, Gallo Mazda and Saturn of Worcester and most of all ensuring that you have an excellent service experience at our dealership.
Having been in the automobile service business for many years, I realize that the most important aspect of my position is to ensure your satisfaction. At Gallo Motors customer satisfaction is our primary focus. We take pride in the service we provide to our customers. Our service staff consists of a team of highly experienced and certified professionals. This is just one of the many reasons that we have a loyal base of customers who return to Gallo year after year.
